Please send an email to support@fepshop.com, our support team will try to find a solution for the problem. In your email include pictures of the malfunction and your order number.
If your product came in damaged from shipping, you can see this by visible damage to the package. Please contact UPS about this damage and provide us with photos of the damages. The best to do is to refuse the package at the door when it has visible damage.
Also, get the driver to sign for the damages to the package.
