Please check the warranty policy on our website (general policy and for printers on the product page as well). If you want a judgement from us, please send photo and/or video footage of the problem to support@fepshop.com. Please also include answers to the following questions, how did the problem happen, when did it first happen, what resin you are using and your order number. We can then take a better look at the issue and try to find a solution. Possible solutions are: warranty repair or replacement(if within warranty conditions), you can order replacement parts from our shop or you will send the printer to us for examination and repair(at costs when not under warranty conditions).
