If you have a printer that is within warranty, please have a look at this article.
If you bought the printer in our shop and would like assistance outside of warranty, you can always contact our support staff by submitting a ticket under ¨Technical Questions¨ or sending us an email at support@fepshop.com with your request.
We´d have to discuss this internally with our technician if his schedule would allow for a repair service.
If this would be possible, you are responsible for any shipping costs to and from our warehouse.
We would also charge a service charge per hour and will of course charge for any parts that would need to be replaced.
All of this will be discussed with you beforehand.
