A printer that has stopped working can have many causes as to why this has happened.
The first thing you can do is open up the chassis of your printer and make sure all cables are still properly seated in their connectors.

Please include the following information when submitting a ticket:
- Order number
- Printer model
- Printer's serial number
- Description of the issue
- Any explanation of things you've attempted to fix the issue yourself
- Photos/Videos of the issue
If needed our support staff can ask you to fill out a technical data sheet to assist our technician in finding a suitable solution. Here they will ask for any additional information they might need to help solve your issue.
If the printer is within warranty, FEPshop will contact the distributor to arrange for any replacement parts for any non-consumable parts.
